What is the difference between a standard user and an email-only user?
Standard user: A team member with a managed PC or laptop. They get full device monitoring, security, patching, and remote support as part of their package.
Email-only user: Staff who only need email, calendar, and basic apps on a phone or tablet. No managed PC is required, so the per-user cost is lower. They still get secure access and identity protection, just without a managed device.
